I provide individualized accountability coaching for men who are seeking to repair and strengthen relationships—whether in community, partnership, family, or professional environments. My work often centers around navigating boundary violations, breaches of trust, and issues related to sexuality, among many other challenges.

Accountability is meant to be a liberating and illuminating process of self-inquiry and reclaimed dignity. I aim to approach each client with honest curiosity rather than shame or blame, offering a path to honest reflection and examination of what needs to be seen, learned, or let go of in order to build more meaningful and intimate connections.

Our culture of hegemonic masculinity has conditioned us to lead, assert, and perform. These traits can be valuable and effective, but often fall short or actually create real harm when not tempered with subtle attunement, an awareness of personal and collective power dynamics, and paired with strong communication tools. Accountability work invites us to explore where our behaviors are rooted, where our responsibilities lie in severing ourselves from outdated male scripts and choose powerfully what kind of man we want to be in these times of tumult and renewal.

This process involves identifying blind spots, understanding how trauma and wounding shape our actions, and making authentic repairs. With the right support, this work can open the door to deeper relationships, stronger community, and a greater capacity to show up in our life with integrity, compassion, and presence.

Fees: My one-on-one accountability coaching package is offered virtually and starts at $750 for five x 50 minute sessions or $180 per individual 50 minute sessions.
